Comenzando el 1 de julio de 2019, el sueldo m\u00ednimo del Distrito de Columbia<\/a> aumentar\u00e1 de $13.25, a <\/span>$14.00 por hora<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eso es <\/span>$120 m\u00e1s al mes<\/b> para trabajadores que ganan el sueldo m\u00ednimo y trabajan 40 horas por semana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estas nuevas tarifas son para la gran mayor\u00eda de trabajadores en D.C. Casi todos los empleadores deben de pagarle el sueldo m\u00ednimo a sus empleados. (Aunque usted sea indocumentado, <\/span>usted tiene el derechos de recibir el sueldo m\u00ednimo<\/b>.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Para trabajadores que reciben propinas, el sueldo m\u00ednimo tambi\u00e9n aumentar\u00e1 a $4.45 por hora el 1 de Julio. (Empleadores en el Distrito de Columbia son responsables de pagarle a sus empleados la diferencia entre el $4.45 por hora y el $14.00 por hora si las propinas no completan la diferencia entre los dos.)<\/span><\/p>\n

El sueldo m\u00ednimo en D.C. aumentara de nuevo el 1 de Julio, 2020, a $15.00 la hora, seg\u00fan la ley de sueldo m\u00ednimo<\/a> en el Distrito del Columbia que pas\u00f3 en el 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n
