Un mill\u00f3n de veces \u00a1S\u00ed!<\/p>\n<p>En la oficina de PagoJusto, entendemos que estos son unos tiempos muy miedosos para la comunidad indocumentada.\u00a0Y entendemos que ciertos empleadores se aprovechan de este temor para evitar que los inmigrantes indocumentados ejerzan sus derechos para ser pagados apropiadamente y justamente.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que tienes que recordar es: En Am\u00e9rica, todos son iguales ante la ley. Y casi todas las leyes que tienen que ver con sueldos y salarios no tratan a los inmigrantes indocumentados diferente que a el resto de la gente. No importa qui\u00e9n sea el presidente\u2014Obama o Trump\u2014la ley es la ley.<\/p>\n<p>Queremos destacar este punto, asi que lo diremos FUERTE Y CLARO:[\/vc_column_text][mk_custom_list]\n<ul>\n<li>Si usted es un inmigrante indocumentado, <strong>todav\u00eda tienes el derecho de ser pagado el sueldo m\u00ednimo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Si usted es un inmigrante indocumentado, <strong>todav\u00eda tienes el derecho de ser pagado correctamente por sus horas extras trabajadas (overtime)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Si usted es un inmigrante indocumentado, <strong>todav\u00eda tienes el derecho de ser pagado por todas las horas que usted trabaj\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Si usted es un inmigrante indocumentado, <strong>su\u00a0jefe no le puede robar su pago<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/mk_custom_list][vc_column_text]De hecho, en PagoJusto, ni siquiera le preguntamos a nuestros clientes si tienen papeles o no.
