For the last 3 years, Cesar has “directed traffic” at DCWageLaw, using his legal training and understanding of the immigrant experience to make sure that our clients’ cases advance expeditiouly.
After growing up and attending law school in Venezuela, Cesar immigrated to the U.S. in 2018. Before joining DCWageLaw, Cesar was a consular officer at the Venezuelan embassy, and a COVID-19 contact tracer at the D.C. Department of Health.
Cesar has a firsthand understanding of the difficulties recent arrivals in the U.S. can face, and he uses his skills to provide the best possible legal representation to DCWageLaw’s clients.
In his spare time, Cesar likes to climb, play soccer, and make very strange jokes. And for some reason, he actually enjoys listening to opera music. We’re cool with that, as long as he keeps his door closed…
